Willbeing is a document preparation service operated by Canada Notary. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our service helps you prepare legal documents based on information you provide. If your situation is complex, you should consult a qualified estates lawyer.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide through the questionnaire. We prepare documents based on your answers. We are not responsible for errors in your documents that result from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided.
Our service includes document preparation, execution at Canada Notary (Ontario in-person, or Canada Mobile Notary elsewhere), affidavit of execution where required by province, Will Vault storage, and free lifetime updates. The scope is limited to what is described in your package at the time of purchase.
Payment is charged at checkout after you have reviewed your documents. We offer a refund if you have not yet attended your execution appointment and request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once documents have been executed, no refund is available.
Community discounts are self-declared at checkout and verified at or before your execution appointment. If eligibility cannot be verified, the standard rate applies and the price difference will be charged. Providing false eligibility information may result in account suspension.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not responsible for estate administration outcomes, probate decisions, or the actions of third parties including executors, courts, or government agencies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
